Circle K

Synopsis

With a mission to make their customers’ lives a little easier every day, Circle K—a leading convenience & fuel retailer with over 14,200 locations worldwide—was looking to make upgrades at a number of select locations in the American market.  After successfully completing installs (on budget and on schedule) at two Circle K test locations, NFI was awarded an ongoing contract, and designed an in-house program to keep skilled crews trained on the specific Circle K SOPs and available for projects all across the U.S. NFI has since self-performed custom installs at over 30 Circle K stores around the U.S.

Opportunity

A NFI project manager assigned to this install had previously worked with the millwork client project manager, so a mutual connection was already in place, which helped streamline the finalization process. Our original discussions were based on the ideal of launching a new ongoing program with potential for growth. After negotiating pricing, NFI was awarded two locations as a test. The type of installs and number of locations aligned perfectly with our expertise and schedule, so the millwork client contracted NFI to self-perform the installations of their product. The agreed timeframe was one week per each location.
