Curaleaf is a leading international provider of consumer products in cannabis, with a mission to improve lives by providing clarity around cannabis and confidence around consumption. They required the complete installation of a new store fixture package, which included secure glass-top display cases, floor fixtures, seamless continuous countertops, and point of sale stations for desktop registers. Specialty installation services required for enhanced security measures needed in order to protect medical and retail cannabis products, such as magnetic key locks and special security glass. Cannabis dispensaries in general are looking to create a warm, inviting, professional-looking space for customers and patients, hence the use of natural materials such as wood and stone, with a clean, simple design that focuses attention on the product and customer experience.
Start by understanding the client’s business objectives, and assessing installation needs in order to provide the most reliable service and best results. White glove unload into the store using material handling equipment: forklift, hand trucks, and carts. No reported hiccups or delays. Personal project manager was consistently in touch with clients from project kickoff through completion of objectives, utilizing proprietary custom client portal to provide daily status reports on project.
